Hard Work

I believe hard work is one of the most important characteristics any employee could possess. It gets the job done at the highest standards, allows employees to prove themselves, and most importantly keeps the customer happy. It seems as if being a Guru thrives off of going that extra mile for the customer, and that excites me to the nth degree.

My favourite example of how I've used hard work beyond my everyday role at my current job (Apple) is when it comes to product launches. As everyone knows, when Apple releases a new product, it is a huge deal. I am proud to say I played a pivotal part in the launch of almost every major Apple product since July 2009. This included countless overnight shifts making sure every last detail was perfect, as well as many hours of overtime.
