Communication

I believe communication skills are one of the flagship traits to have while working in the Guru role. The core responsibilities in this role involve being in constant communication with a variety of Shopify store owners, therefore an accomplished Guru must be able to communicate in a professional manner, while at the same time being personable and relatable.

A real life example of my communication skills involves my participation on the Workshop Facilitation team while working in the Apple Store, Rideau Centre. I am currently one of the longest standing members (4 years), and have learned that teaching customers requires a strong ability to articulate your thoughts well, and to be able to think on your feet.
