Computer Savvy

I believe my ability to be computer savvy would be a big asset for the Guru role. For as long as I can remember, computers have basically been my lifeline, and my passion for them is showing no signs of slowing.

I have currently been working at the Apple Store, Rideau Centre since its inception in July 2009. As you can expect, being customer savvy comes as a prerequisite. I have done everything from selling computers, to imaging computers, to setting up and teaching computers. Because of this, I have quickly learned that being able to utilize the resources given to you in order to solve problems is invaluable in a work environment.
